What It’s Really Costing You and How to Start Letting Go
Wednesday February 18th at 6pm EST

Tired of over-giving.
Tired of managing everyone else’s emotions while quietly needing comfort yourself. If you walk away from relationships feeling drained, resentful, or invisible and still wonder if you’re the problem ... you may be playing a role.
"Christ has set us free to live a free life. So take your stand! Never again let anyone put a harness of slavery on you."
Galatians 5:1
This verse teaches that while we support others, everyone is ultimately responsible for their own burdens. We cannot carry someone’s load forever.

People pleasing isn’t honest love.
It’s a coping mechanism for seeking safety, approval, and belonging often at the expense of your peace and identity. At some point, staying agreeable felt necessary.
But what once protected you may now be draining you.
“For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God?”
Galatians 1:10
We'll talk honestly about:
Why people pleasing feels exhausting
Why guilt shows up when you try to change
Why "just set boundaries" hasn't worked
How over-giving quietly disconnects you from yourself and tends to build resentment
What you will learn:
Why people pleasing is a learned emotional pattern
The hidden cost it has on your identity, relationships, and spiritual peace
Why guilt isn't a sign you're doing something wrong
How to take the first compassionate step toward letting go
Why this workshop matters:
Many women believe love is earned, that it is transactional. But over time people pleasing costs you:
Your voice
Your energy
Your identity
Your connection to who God created you to be
Christ has freed us so that we may enjoy the benefits of freedom. Therefore, be firm [in this freedom], and don't become slaves again.
Galatians 5:1
What you'll walk away with
Start to see the authentic woman that God created you to be
Stop blaming yourself for patterns that once protected you
Understand why change feels hard and how to start anyway
Take the first step toward peace, clarity, and self-trust

I didn’t just study people pleasing, I lived it. I was the over-giver. The fixer. The peacekeeper. I won the people pleaser trophy for many years. And eventually, I was exhausted. A shell of myself. I didn't know who I was.
Because I kept giving my identity away
What changed everything was this truth: My value and my life plan have been designed by God not earned through approval of people that want to primarily take and not contribute to a mutually respectful relationship.
I hope you'll join me at this Free Upcoming Workshop...
